The Food Industry Training Unit are delighted to announce our upcoming webinar "An Overview of Ireland’s Shellfish Monitoring Programme" in conjunction with the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA).
This free webinar will provide an overview of Ireland’s comprehensive monitoring of shellfish production areas, including microbiological and biotoxin monitoring. Information on the work of the SFPA in the area of Sanitary surveys of Shellfish Production Areas will also be given.
